Requirements

Demonstrable enthusiasm and a positive attitude.

Previous customer service experience, ideally from roles such as hospitality, retail, or similar environments.

Legal entitlement to work on an unrestricted basis across the EU.

Height between approximately 157 cm (5'2") and 188 cm (6'2").

Ability to swim 25 meters unaided.

A hardworking, flexible, outgoing, and friendly personality.

Adaptability and willingness to work a shift roster.

A genuine enjoyment of interacting with the public and a 'can-do' attitude towards delivering excellent customer service.

Fluency in spoken and written English.
