The ideal candidate demonstrates a strong commitment to safety. He or she eagerly contributes to the success and growth of a multinational crew. The applicant is a team-oriented individual who values collaboration and supports colleagues. A minimum of 500 hours on the A320 aircraft is required. He or she must hold a valid EASA Part-FCL license with ATPL theory knowledge, a valid A320 type rating, and a valid EASA Class 1 medical certificate. Minimum ICAO level 5 English proficiency is essential. The applicant's most recent A320 flight must have occurred within the last 12 months. An EU passport and a criminal-free record are necessary. Successful candidates must pass a Reliability Check in Germany (ZUP). Excellent oral and written command of the German language is required. The applicant must be able to reach the base within 60 minutes during standby duties.
