Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality flight and ground instruction in accordance with EASA regulations and Flying Academy standards.
- Mentor and evaluate student pilots, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of aviation principles and safe operational practices.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date training records and progress reports.
- Foster a positive, professional, and safety-conscious learning environment.
Minimum Requirements
Prospective candidates must meet the following criteria:
- License: Valid EASA Flight Instructor (FI) License.
- Medical: Current EASA Class 1 Medical Certificate.
- Language Proficiency: ICAO English Language Proficiency (ELP) Level 4 or higher.
- German Language Skills: Native-level proficiency in German is required to effectively communicate with students and local authorities.
- Type Rating: A specific type rating is not required for this role, as comprehensive training will be provided by Flying Academy Vienna. This presents an great opportunity for professional development.
- Attitude & Conduct: Candidates must demonstrate a friendly, customer-focused attitude, a strong willingness to learn, a proactive "hands-on" mentality, and possess an impeccable record of good conduct.
