The organization invites applications for a dedicated, full-time Synthetic Flight & Ground School Instructor to join its global Business Aviation Training team. This pivotal role is based at the newly opened, state-of-the-art Business Aviation Training Centre in Vienna (Schwechat), Austria, representing a unique opportunity to be part of the initial operational team.
This 8,000-square-metre facility is purpose-built to deliver the most advanced pilot training experience in Central Europe. The centre initially operates five state-of-the-art Full Flight Simulators (FFS), including the G550, PH100/300, Global 7500, and a Global 6000 Vision FFS, catering to leading business jet manufacturers. The facility is designed for expansion, with capacity for up to nine FFS units.
The successful candidate will contribute to making world-class Business Pilot Training more accessible across Central Europe.
The Synthetic Flight & Ground School Instructor (PC-24 platform) is sought to transform existing aviation experience into expert instruction. The role involves leading clients through comprehensive training programs, minimizing the requirement for work-related travel.
Instructors will work closely with client partners, providing high-calibre Synthetic Flight instruction. The position also requires classroom-based instruction and meticulous attention to detail in administrative tasks.
The organization seeks aviation professionals who possess high-performance aircraft experience coupled with instructional proficiency. The ideal candidate excels in mentoring and developing industry colleagues and has prior experience as a Synthetic Flight Instructor.
