About the Role

FlyArystan is seeking an experienced In-Flight Supervisor to join their team in Aktau. This crucial role focuses on upholding onboard safety and service excellence within a low-cost carrier environment. The In-Flight Supervisor will be responsible for leading and motivating the cabin crew, ensuring high standards of service delivery, and providing constructive feedback to foster a high-performing team. Key responsibilities include effective goal setting, prioritization, strategic planning, clear communication, and demonstrating a high level of responsibility and adaptability.

Requirements

• A minimum of 1 year of flight experience or 600 flight hours is required.
• Intermediate proficiency in Kazakh language.
• Intermediate proficiency in English language.
• No disciplinary actions within the last 6 months.

• Proven ability to organize, lead, motivate, and provide feedback to a team.
• Demonstrated skills in goal setting and prioritization.
• Experience in process planning and effective communication.
