Minimum Requirements:
- Total Flight Time: 2500 hours
- Pilot in Command (PIC) Time: 500 hours
- Type Rating: Not required. Full type rating training for the assigned fleet will be provided upon successful employment.
- Specific Flight Time and Qualification Notes:
- Possession of a valid EASA Air Transport Pilot License (ATPL). A UK CAA ATPL & Medical are desirable but not mandatory.
- 500 hours Pilot in Command Under Supervision (PICUS) time.
- 250 hours Multi-Pilot Instrument Time (MPIT).
- Certificate for Multi-Crew Co-operation (MCC) Course or an MP Rating on the EASA License.
- Hold an advanced UPRT (Upset Prevention and Recovery Training) qualification, or have completed, within the preceding three years, the training and checking in accordance with points ORO.FC.220 or ORO.FC.230 of Annex III (Part-ORO) to Regulation (EU) No 965-2012.
- License Requirement: EASA ATPL holder.
- Medical Requirement: Valid Class 1 Medical Certificate.
- English Language Proficiency (ELP): ICAO Level 5 or higher.
- Visa Sponsorship: Not provided for this position.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in Commercial Air Transport and/or Corporate Aviation operations is highly desirable.
General Requirements & Attributes:
- Must hold a valid Passport and possess the legal right to work in Europe and/or the United Kingdom.
- Ability to travel extensively into and out of Europe, and to all cities/countries where Flexjet operates.
- Flexibility to work weekends, nights, varied shifts, holidays, and undertake overnight trips as required by operational demands.
- Employment is conditional upon successful completion of initial training, which includes a Type Rating on the assigned fleet.
- Demonstrated working knowledge of all applicable EASA and UK Aviation Regulations.
- Possess strong organisational skills and advanced multi-tasking abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal/written communication, and presentation skills are essential for effective crew and client interaction.
- Proficient computer skills necessary to operate word processing, email, and web-based applications.
- A passionate attention to detail and a proven ability to thrive in a collaborative team atmosphere.
- Present a well-groomed and professional appearance at all times.
