Fanatics Aviation Seeks Senior Fixed Wing Pilot for Global Corporate Travel

Location: Conshohocken, PA (Remote, must live within 2 hours of KPNE airport)

Fanatics, a leading global digital sports platform, is seeking an experienced and safety-oriented Senior Fixed Wing Pilot to join our dynamic Aviation team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient transportation of Fanatics executives, investors, and talent on both domestic and international flights.

Responsibilities:

Act as Pilot-in-Command, maintaining ultimate authority for all aspects of flight operations, including flight planning, decision-making, and safety protocols.
Ensure the safe and comfortable transport of passengers and crew, prioritizing their well-being throughout the flight.
Uphold the highest standards of safety by adhering to Fanatics Aviation policies, FAA regulations, and Department of Homeland Security requirements.
Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including business partners, ground crew, and passengers, to ensure seamless travel experiences.
Manage all aspects of pre-flight and post-flight procedures, including aircraft inspections, fueling, catering arrangements, and customs compliance.
Demonstrate proactive problem-solving and adaptability in response to changing weather conditions, air traffic control directives, and unforeseen circumstances.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, experience, and training.
FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) License with multi-engine and instrument ratings.
Minimum of 8 years of commercial flying experience, including 5 years as a Captain in a corporate flight department.
G650 or G550 type rating highly preferred.
Minimum flight time requirements:
- 5,000 hours total time
- 2,000 hours multi-engine time
- 1,000 hours jet time
- 500 hours turbine time
- 500 hours IFR time
Valid First-Class Medical Certificate.
Extensive international flight experience.
Impeccable communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with high-level executives and dignitaries.
