Key Requirements:
Candidates for this challenging and rewarding position must fulfill the following minimum criteria:
- Pilot-in-Command (PIC) Time: A minimum of 500 hours of PIC flight time is required.
- Flight Instruction Experience: Applicants must possess at least 200 hours of documented flight instruction.
- Licensing and Instructor Qualifications: Candidates are required to hold a valid EASA Commercial Pilot License (CPL) with Flight Instructor (FI), Instrument Rating (IR), and Multi-Engine (ME) endorsements. Additionally, possession of ATPLIRI, ME CRI, CPL FE, IRE, FIC, or FIE qualifications is essential.
- Medical Certificate: A current EASA Class 1 Medical Certificate is mandatory.
- English Language Proficiency: Demonstrate an ICAO English Language Proficiency (ELP) level 5 or higher.
- Type Rating: A specific aircraft type rating is not a prerequisite for this role; comprehensive type-specific training will be provided to successful candidates.
