Essential Candidate Profile and Minimum Requirements
Candidates must meet the following mandatory criteria to be considered for this position. The role places significant emphasis on educational aptitude and foundational flight qualifications:
- License Requirement: Must possess a valid EASA Frozen ATPL (Airline Transport Pilot License), complete with Instrument Rating (IR) and Multi-Engine (ME) qualifications.
- Type Rating: A specific type rating is not required; necessary instructional training and rating provision will be offered by Flyschool Academy.
- License Authority: Applications are exclusively accepted from EASA License Holders.
- Medical Standard: Applicants must hold a minimum of a Class 2 Medical Certificate.
- English Language Proficiency: A minimum ICAO English Language Proficiency (ELP) level 4 is mandatory.
- Teaching Aptitude: Previous teaching experience, completion of courses related to teaching activity, or specialized training in a specific aeronautical subject is a strong preference and vital component of the candidate's profile.
- Visa/Work Authorization: Visa sponsorship or assistance with immigration paperwork is regretfully not provided by Flyschool Academy. Candidates must possess the existing legal right to live and work in the location of operation.
