Leading Edge Aviation is seeking a Multi Engine Flight Instructor to join their training campus in Alhama de Murcia, Spain. This role involves delivering EASA and UK CAA licence courses to ab-initio students, focusing on either VFR or IFR flying instruction.
About the Role
The Multi Engine Flight Instructor will provide high-quality flight training, ensuring students meet course standards and objectives. Responsibilities include managing student progress, completing administrative tasks, maintaining aircraft and simulator readiness, and promoting flight safety. The position offers opportunities for career progression within the academy, including developing instructing qualifications, obtaining instrument ratings, and moving into management roles. The role is available on a part-time or full-time basis.
Requirements

EASA FCL licence required.

UK CAA FCL or UK CAA FCL900 licence is desirable.

FI(A) instructor rating with 'a' and 'b' privileges.

FI(A) 'd', 'e', and 'g' privileges are desirable.

Valid Class 1 medical certificate from the relevant authority, valid for at least six months.

MEP (Land) multi-engine piston class rating.

Passion for aviation.

Highest personal and professional standards.

Ability to maintain licence, ratings, and medical in line with company and regulatory requirements.

Ability to work independently and on own initiative.

Strong report-writing, systems, and IT skills.
