Position Overview
The Aviation Instructor will be responsible for delivering high-quality theoretical and practical training to students, adhering to BAA Training's rigorous standards. While a type rating is not a prerequisite, comprehensive training will be provided to successful candidates.
Minimum Qualifications and Requirements
- License Requirement: Candidates must possess an Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL).
- License Acceptance: Open to EASA license holders.
- Medical Certificate: A valid Class 1 Medical certificate is mandatory.
- English Proficiency: A minimum ICAO English Language Proficiency (ELP) level of 5 is required.
- Instructional Experience: A minimum of one year of experience in ATPL teaching is essential. Alternatively, candidates may demonstrate equivalent expertise through the completion of an instructional techniques course, such as Teaching & Learning, Train the Trainer, or a Flight Instructor (FI) course.
