AJet Airlines is currently seeking highly skilled and experienced B737 NG / MAX Captains to join its expanding flight crew based in Turkey. - Competitive Estimated Monthly Net Salary: Compensation is highly competitive, based on experience and seasonality.
- Full-Time Roster: Ranging between EUR 13,490 and EUR 25,670.
- Part-Time Roster: Ranging between EUR 11,514 and EUR 20,852.
- Flexible Roster Choices: Captains may select a preferred rotation schedule: 23 days ON / 7 days OFF, or 06 Days ON / 03 Days OFF. Annual leave can be effectively integrated with scheduled days off.

Minimum Requirements for Application
Candidates must meet the following essential criteria to be considered for the B737 NG / MAX Captain role:
- Must have been born after 01 January 1965.
- Possession of at least a high school graduation certificate or equivalent qualification.
- A minimum of 4,000 hours of total flight experience on aircraft types exceeding 27 tons.
- A minimum of 500 Pilot in Command (PIC) hours specifically on the B737 NG / MAX aircraft type.
- Must have been actively flying within the last six (06) months.
- Hold a valid EASA ATPL with a current Instrument Rating (IR) for the applied aircraft type. FAA / ICAO licenses may be accepted and reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
- Possess a minimum English proficiency level of ICAO Level 4.
- Hold a valid Class 1 Medical Certificate.
