The Boeing Company is recruiting experienced Production Pilots to join its Production Flight Test organization in Seattle, Washington. This role involves conducting various flights on newly manufactured B737 aircraft, including production, acceptance, ferry, and customer demonstration flights.

About the Role

The Production Pilot will execute initial and follow-on production flights, acceptance test flights, ferry and functional test flights, and customer demonstration flights for newly manufactured 737 airplanes. Responsibilities include serving as Pilot-in-Command, demonstrating the production acceptance process, identifying and documenting flight deficiencies, and coordinating their resolution. The role requires supporting domestic and international travel and flights, including post-production activity under CFR 91 and 125. Production flight operations run seven days a week, necessitating potential weekend work.

Requirements

• Must meet U.S. export-control requirements as a U.S. Person under 22 C.F.R. §120.62 (U.S. Citizen, U.S. National, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee).
• Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, or a directly related equivalent qualification.
• Commercial Certificate or FAA ATP with appropriate endorsements, or equivalent military experience.
• 2,500 flight hours, including 1,000 hours of turbine and/or jet time as Pilot-in-Command (PIC).
• Ability to obtain and maintain a valid passport and travel internationally without restrictions.
• Ability to obtain an FAA First Class Medical certificate.
• A Test Pilot School graduate is preferred.
• Successful completion of post-offer drug and alcohol testing.
• Completion of Boeing’s Conflict of Interest assessment process.
• Screening through the current pilot records database process.

Qualifications

• ATP_UNRESTRICTED, ATP_RESTRICTED, or CPL licenses.
• B737 aircraft experience (implied by aircraft type).
