Remuneration and Contract Highlights

Estimated Monthly NET Salary (Based on Experience and Season)

• Full-Time Roster: Between EUR 13,490 and EUR 25,670
• Part-Time Roster: Between EUR 11,514 and EUR 20,852

Minimum Candidate Requirements (A320 Captain)

Prospective Captains must meet the following mandatory criteria:

• Age Restriction: Must have been born after 01 January 1965.
• Education: Minimum of high school graduation or an equivalent qualification.
• Total Flight Experience: A minimum of 4,000 hours of flight experience on aircraft types over 27 tons.
• Type Experience: A minimum of 500 Pilot in Command (PIC) hours on the A320 aircraft type.
• Recency: Must have been actively flying within the last six (6) months.
• Licensing: Must hold a valid EASA ATPL with a current IR on the applied aircraft type. ICAO / FAA licenses may be accepted on a case-by-case basis.
• English Proficiency: Minimum ICAO Level 4 in English language proficiency.
• Medical Status: Must hold a valid Class 1 Medical Certificate.
