Eurowings | A320 Captain

Eurowings Europe is recruiting experienced First Officers for its Airbus A320 operations across multiple European bases, offering a fast-track pathway to Captain. This opportunity is available to both Airbus A320 type-rated and non-type-rated pilots.

About the Role

Eurowings Europe is seeking experienced First Officers to join its Airbus A320-family fleet. Successful candidates will benefit from a fast-track command progression program. The role operates under the Eurowings WINGS Pattern roster model, providing blocks of consecutive days off. Current operating locations include Prague, Warsaw, Krakow, Gdansk, and Wroclaw.

Requirements

• Minimum 4,000 flight hours on aircraft with a Maximum Take-Off Mass (MTOM) exceeding 19.5 tonnes.
• Minimum 350 landings on aircraft with an MTOM exceeding 19.5 tonnes.
• Active line flying experience within the preceding 24 months.
• No-accident or no-incident record.
• Two professional references from individuals holding or having held managerial or training positions in aviation.

Qualifications

• Valid EASA ATPL(A) (Airline Transport Pilot Licence - Aeroplane).
• Valid Class 1 Medical Certificate.
• Minimum ICAO English Language Proficiency Level 4.
• EU citizenship or appropriate unrestricted residence and work rights.
• Valid passport permitting unrestricted operational travel.
• Higher education entrance qualification or equivalent.
• An Airbus A320 type rating is preferred but not mandatory.
• Applicants with an A320 rating and a minimum of 500 hours on type will be given preferential consideration.
