This pivotal role is based in Karlovy Vary, Czech Republic, and involves delivering exceptional flight instruction and comprehensive training within a dynamic multi-crew environment.
Role Overview
The successful candidate will be instrumental in conducting high-fidelity flight instruction and advanced training programs for A320 type rating and various flight instructor privileges. Responsibilities include the effective delivery of pre-flight briefings and post-flight debriefing sessions, ensuring the highest standards of aviation safety and regulatory compliance, and employing superior pedagogical and communicative skills to cultivate an optimal learning environment for aspiring and current aviation professionals.
Qualifications
Prospective instructors are required to hold one of the following comprehensive instructional qualifications:
- A valid Flight Instructor (FI(A)) rating.
- Alternatively, an Instrument Rating Instructor (IRI(A)) rating combined with an IR(A)/ME/MCC qualification and IR(A) instructional privileges.
- Or, a Flight Instructor (FI(A)) rating supplemented by either a Multi-Crew Cooperation Instructor (MCCI(A)), a Synthetic Flight Instructor (SFI(A)), or a Type Rating Instructor (TRI(A)) rating.
- Specific A320 qualifications, such as TRI(A) A320 or SFI(A) A320, are also highly valued and qualify independently.

Compensation
A competitive remuneration package is offered:
- 230 EUR per session.
- Each session is structured to include a 1-hour briefing, a 4-hour instructional session, and a 30-minute debriefing.
- The number of guaranteed sessions will be mutually agreed upon based on the instructor's availability and the organization's operational requirements.
