This opportunity demands a highly experienced aviation professional with a proven track record. The ideal candidate possesses the following:
Minimum Flight Experience:
- Total Flight Time: 3500 hours
- Multi-Engine Land (MEL): 1500 hours
- Pilot in Command (PIC): 2000 hours
- PIC MEL: 500 hours
- Instrument: 300 hours
Key Responsibilities:
The selected candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the highest standards of safety and operational excellence. This includes:
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensuring all crewing and trip assignments adhere to company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Meticulous Flight Preparation: Completing comprehensive flight planning, performance analysis, and weight and balance calculations for each assigned flight.
- Proactive Risk Management: Utilizing the Threats, Plans and Considerations (TPC) briefing methodology to effectively lead pre-flight briefings and mitigate potential operational risks.
- Operational Adherence: Demonstrating unwavering commitment to company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and fostering seamless coordination with all relevant personnel.
- Security Expertise: Serving as the designated Grounds Security and In-Flight Security Coordinator, ensuring compliance with established company security protocols.
