Pilot in Command - Gulfstream G450 (Sign-On Bonus Available)
Executive Jet Management, a Berkshire Hathaway company, seeks an experienced and motivated Pilot in Command for a Gulfstream G450 aircraft. Based in Green Bay, Wisconsin (GRB), this exceptional opportunity involves flying approximately 300 hours annually, primarily to destinations in Florida and Colorado. This two-pilot account is supported by a dedicated Maintenance Technician and operates under Part 91 regulations. A sign-on bonus is available for qualified candidates. Residency within driving distance of GRB airport is required.
Responsibilities:
Safety and Compliance:
- Ensure all crewing and trip assignments adhere to company policy and regulatory requirements.
- Meticulously execute flight planning, performance calculations, and weight and balance tasks for each flight.
- Proactively utilize Threats, Plans, and Considerations (TPC) briefing methodology to lead briefings and mitigate operational risks.
- Maintain strict compliance with company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and coordinate seamlessly with company personnel. Serve as the designated Grounds Security and In-Flight Security Coordinator.
- Diligently perform pre-flight aircraft inspections, including verifying maintenance status and meticulously documenting any discrepancies.
- Supervise and ensure proper completion of all ground servicing requirements, including fueling, oil, and oxygen, according to established SOPs.
- Deliver comprehensive passenger briefings following company policy and regulatory standards, while providing the highest level of customer service and accommodating any special passenger needs.
- Employ effective Crew Resource Management (CRM) and Threat and Error Management (TEM) principles to maintain clear and timely communication with crew and support personnel during all phases of flight.
Exceptional Service Delivery:
- Provide a superior service experience for aircraft owners and passengers, actively seeking opportunities to enhance their journey with Executive Jet Management.
- Collaborate effectively with fellow crew members and internal partners to ensure consistent and exceptional service delivery.
- Proactively address and resolve service deviations and challenges in a professional and timely manner.
Professionalism and Proficiency:
- Maintain all regulatory and company-mandated training requirements, ensuring recency of experience.
- Demonstrate unwavering commitment to the company's Safety Management System (SMS), promptly reporting any safety or compliance concerns.
Qualifications:
- FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) certificate
- First Class Medical Certificate
- 4-6 years of experience in corporate/business aviation (preferred)
- FAA Type rating in Gulfstream G450 or similar aircraft (preferred)
Minimum Flight Time Requirements:
- Total flight time: 3500 hours
- Multi-Engine Land (MEL): 1500 hours
- Pilot in Command: 2000 hours
- PIC MEL: 500 hours
- Instrument: 300 hours
- Jet: 500 hours
- International experience
- G450 or similar Gulfstream experience (preferred)
