Job Title: Experienced Airline Pilot

Position Summary:

This position requires a highly skilled and experienced pilot responsible for ensuring all crewing and trip assignments adhere to stringent company policies and regulatory requirements. The pilot will execute comprehensive flight planning, performance calculations, and weight and balance tasks for each assigned flight. A key element of this role involves proactively identifying and mitigating operational risks through the utilization of the Threats, Plans, and Considerations (TPC) briefing methodology, leading all required pre-flight briefings with precision and clarity.

Required Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess a distinguished record of flight experience, including the following minimum requirements:

• Total Flight Time: 3,500 hours minimum.
• Multi-Engine Land (MEL) Flight Time: 1,500 hours minimum.
• Pilot-in-Command (PIC) Flight Time: 2,000 hours minimum.
• Pilot-in-Command (PIC) Multi-Engine Land (MEL) Flight Time: 500 hours minimum.

Responsibilities:

• Guarantees all crew scheduling and flight assignments fully comply with both company standards and all applicable aviation regulations.
• Performs meticulous flight planning, calculates performance parameters, and completes weight and balance assessments for every assigned flight.
• Leads pre-flight briefings using the Threats, Plans, and Considerations (TPC) method, demonstrating expertise in identifying and mitigating potential operational risks.
