Position Summary

Executive Jet Management is seeking qualified candidates for a Pilot in Command position operating a new Embraer Praetor 600 aircraft based in Wilmington, Delaware (KILG). This is a three-pilot account projecting approximately 450 flight hours annually, involving both domestic and international operations conducted under Part 91 and Part 135 regulations. This role presents an exceptional opportunity to advance an aviation career operating a technologically advanced, state-of-the-art aircraft. EJM is seeking crew members residing within a two-hour drive of KILG who possess international flight experience. A strong preference is given to candidates who are typed and current in the Embraer Praetor 600. This position is not commutable; however, relocation assistance will be provided for eligible candidates.

The Pilot in Command holds ultimate responsibility for the safe, compliant, and efficient operation of the aircraft. The PIC ensures strict adherence to all regulatory requirements and company policies while consistently delivering a first-class experience for every passenger.
