Pilot in Command - GL6000
Executive Jet Management (Europe) Limited is seeking a qualified Pilot in Command for a GL6000 aircraft. This role is based in London, GB.
Purpose of Position:
The Pilot in Command will act as the Aircraft Commander, providing exceptional customer service while ensuring safe and efficient flight operations and customer satisfaction.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Execute all duties of Aircraft Commander, ensuring the safety of all flights and passengers, according to the aircraft Flight Manual, company Standard Operating Procedures, and applicable legislation.
- Focus on the safe and efficient flight operation in compliance with company procedures.
- Confirm the safe navigation of the aircraft, maintaining continuous and independent monitoring of the aircraft's geographical position and safe terrain clearance.
- Perform all operational procedures and checklists, as outlined in the Airplane Flight Manual, Operations Manuals, and as directed by the flight commander.
- Report any occurrence or incident that has endangered or may have endangered safety.
- Report any fault, failure, malfunction, or defect that may affect the airworthiness or safe operation of the aircraft.
- Provide exceptional customer service at all times, contributing to customer satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications:
- EASA Airline Transport Pilot Licence with appropriate type ratings.
- European Union class 1 medical certificate.
- A minimum of 3000 hours of total flight time is preferred.
- Type-rating on GL6000 is preferred.
- Extensive European flight experience is required.
- Strong commercial aviation background (EU-OPS and/or AIROPS environment is an advantage).
- Military or airline training is an advantage.
- Fluency in English (preferably level 6), and knowledge of two or more European languages is an advantage.
- Clear demonstration of excellent performance is required.
- Must be based in the South of England.
