Qualifications and Requirements

  • Possession of a valid EASA ATPL (A) or CPL (A) with ATPL credit, or an MPL (A) without operator bonding. A German or Austrian license is considered advantageous.
  • A320 type rating is highly preferred.
  • Valid Multi-Engine Instrument Rating (IR).
  • Completion of Advanced Upset Prevention and Recovery Training (UPRT) in accordance with EASA.FCL.745.A.
  • Multi-Crew Cooperation (MCC) certification.
  • Eligibility for higher education, demonstrated by an entrance qualification for an advanced technical college, a senior high school degree, a university entrance exam, or an equivalent certificate.
  • Proficiency in the English language, both orally and in writing, meeting a minimum ICAO Language Proficiency Level 4.
  • A current Medical Class I certificate.
  • A negative drug test result.
  • A valid background check.
  • EU citizenship; for non-EU citizens, a valid residence and work permit for the Czech Republic is mandatory.
  • Unrestricted validity of the passport.
  • Sufficient swimming skills to participate in Wet Drill Training.
