Etihad Airways, the national airline of the United Arab Emirates, is seeking highly motivated and qualified UAE nationals to join its prestigious Cadet Pilot Programme. The two-and-a-half-year training programme provides comprehensive instruction in all aspects of aviation, encompassing ground school, flight simulations, and practical flying training. Under the guidance of highly experienced instructor pilots, participants will develop the necessary skills and knowledge to meet the rigorous standards of the aviation industry. Etihad Airways places paramount importance on safety, adhering to the highest safety protocols, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and regulatory requirements.
Successful candidates will receive a monthly salary of AED 5,000 during their initial two years of training. Upon successful completion of the License Skill Test (LST), the monthly salary will increase to AED 16,667, along with variable allowances, for a period of six months. Following the completion of line training under supervision (LFUS), the monthly salary will further increase to AED 24,000, plus variable allowances. The salary will continue to increase through step increments over a four-year period, reaching a maximum of AED 34,000 per month. Upon obtaining the Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL) and accumulating the requisite flying hours, individuals will be promoted to Senior First Officer (SFO), earning a monthly salary of AED 39,853.
