The ideal candidate must possess an FAA ATP certificate with a MEL rating and a current FAA First Class Medical Certificate. They must demonstrate excellent communication skills, both orally and in writing, and adhere to the company’s FAA/DOT-required Drug and Alcohol Program.
Minimum flight experience requirements include 2500 hours total time, 1000 hours Pilot-in-Command, 1000 hours multi-engine land, 300 hours turbine/turboprop, and 500 hours crew time. The candidate must also meet the 121.436 Pilot Qualification requirements and maintain IFR currency and proficiency.
