Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will contribute to a positive passenger experience, ensuring both comfort and safety throughout the flight. Responsibilities include:
- Providing exceptional in-flight service and hospitality, exceeding passenger expectations.
- Maintaining cabin safety and adherence to all safety protocols.
- Collaborating effectively within a friendly and supportive team environment.
- Preparing the aircraft cabin for flight, executing efficient workflows before, during, and after each journey.
- Performing Edelweiss on-board service and sales duties.
Qualifications:
Applicants must possess the following:
- Completion of basic education (vocational training, high school diploma, or equivalent).
- Demonstrated customer-oriented approach and exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Strong resilience and a high sense of responsibility.
- Excellent communication skills, including fluency in German (minimum C1) and English (minimum B2). Additional language skills are highly valued.
- Swiss or EU citizenship with strong ties to Switzerland (comprehension of Swiss German is essential).
- A well-groomed and professional appearance; please refer to the application form for our policy on tattoos.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment; demonstrating strong communication and empathy skills.
- Exceptional learning agility and quick comprehension abilities.
- For male applicants: Proof of completed basic military training (RS), civilian service, or confirmation of unfitness for service.
- Minimum height of 158 cm.
- Proficient swimming skills.
