Responsibilities:

The Cabin Crew Member will serve as a gracious host, enhancing the travel experience for passengers. Primary responsibilities include ensuring onboard safety, collaborating within a team-oriented environment, and managing a diverse workload. The role encompasses:

  • Preparing the aircraft cabin and ensuring efficient operations before, during, and after each flight, creating a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere for all passengers.
  • Performing in-flight service, including food and beverage service and onboard sales.
  • Thorough review of all necessary documentation prior to each flight to guarantee optimal preparation.

Qualifications:

Candidates must possess a completed formal education (apprenticeship, high school diploma, etc.) and a minimum of two years of prior flight experience as a Cabin Crew Member. A customer-focused attitude and genuine enjoyment in interacting with people are essential.

Additional Requirements:

  • Excellent conversational skills in German and English (minimum B2 level); additional language skills are an advantage.
  • A Swiss or EU passport with a strong connection to Switzerland; understanding Swiss German is required.
  • A well-groomed and personable appearance (please note the policy regarding tattoos in the application form).
  • Strong team spirit, excellent communication skills, and a high degree of empathy.
  • Quick comprehension and ability to learn rapidly.
  • For male applicants: proof of completed military basic training, civilian service, or official certification of unsuitability for service.
  • Minimum height of 158 cm.
  • Good swimming abilities.
