Role Overview
As a Cabin Crew Member, you act as a warm and welcoming host, ensuring our guests enjoy a pleasant start and conclusion to their travels. In addition to guest well-being, you are responsible for maintaining the highest safety standards while working within collaborative and professional teams.
Key Responsibilities:

Prepare the aircraft cabin and ensure efficient workflows before, during, and after each flight to provide a welcoming atmosphere.

Execute onboard service and duty-free sales according to established standards.

Perform thorough pre-flight preparation by reviewing all relevant documentation for each rotation.
Requirements
Candidates must meet the following criteria at the time of entry:

Completed basic vocational training (apprenticeship, Matura, etc.).

Minimum of two years of professional experience as a Cabin Crew Member.

Passion for working with people and a strong customer-oriented mindset.

Proficiency in German (minimum level C1) and English (minimum level B2); additional language skills are an advantage.

Swiss or EU citizenship with a strong connection to Switzerland (must be able to understand Swiss German).

Well-groomed and professional appearance with a warm demeanor (please refer to the tattoo policy in the application form).

Strong team spirit, excellent communication skills, and high levels of empathy.

Quick comprehension and high learning ability.

For male candidates: Proof of completed basic military training, civil service, or certification of military unfitness.

Minimum height of 158 cm.
