Responsibilities:
- Provide impeccable service: As a welcoming and attentive host, you will be responsible for ensuring our guests feel comfortable and well-cared for throughout their journey.
- Maintain safety and security: You will play a crucial role in maintaining the safety and security of all passengers and crew members onboard.
- Collaborate effectively: You will work as part of a cohesive and supportive team, fostering a positive and collaborative environment.
- Deliver exceptional service: You will oversee the efficient and seamless delivery of Edelweiss Air's onboard services, including catering, sales, and passenger assistance.
- Prepare for success: You will be responsible for thoroughly reviewing flight-specific documentation to ensure you are adequately prepared for each rotation.

Requirements:
- Proven experience: You must possess a minimum of two years of previous experience as a Cabin Crew Member.
- Education: You must have completed a recognized vocational training or secondary education (apprenticeship, high school diploma, etc.).
- Passion for service: You should be genuinely enthusiastic about providing outstanding customer service and possess a strong customer-centric approach.
- Language proficiency: Excellent conversational skills in both German and English (at least B2 level) are essential. Additional language skills are a plus.
- Nationality: You must hold a Swiss or EU passport with a strong connection to Switzerland (comprehension of Swiss German is required).
- Appearance: A well-groomed and personable appearance is expected, reflecting the professionalism and warmth of our brand. Please refer to the application form regarding tattoo regulations.
- Teamwork and communication: You should demonstrate a strong aptitude for teamwork, exceptional communication skills, and a high degree of empathy.
- Adaptability and learning: You must have a quick grasp of new information and possess a strong willingness to learn.
- Physical requirements: For male candidates, proof of completed military service (basic training), civil service, or exemption from service is required. A minimum height of 158 cm is necessary. Strong swimming skills are essential.
