Responsibilities
As a warm and welcoming host above the clouds, you will enhance the travel experience for our passengers, ensuring their well-being and safety throughout the flight. You will collaborate with friendly and open teams, enjoying a varied work schedule and days off at our dream destinations.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Preparing the aircraft cabin and ensuring smooth operations before, during, and after the flight.
- Providing exceptional Edelweiss onboard service and conducting in-flight sales.

Requirements
At the time of employment, you must have completed a basic education (apprenticeship, high school diploma, etc.) and possess a genuine passion for interacting with people, coupled with a customer-centric mindset. Additionally, you should demonstrate strong resilience and a high sense of responsibility.
Further Qualifications:
- Excellent conversational skills in German (minimum level C1) and English (minimum level B2); additional language skills are advantageous.
- Swiss or EU passport with a strong connection to Switzerland (understanding of Swiss German is essential).
- A well-groomed and engaging appearance with genuine warmth (please refer to the tattoo policy in the application form).
- A passion for teamwork, strong communication skills, and a keen sense of empathy.
- Quick learning ability and adaptability.
- For men: Proof of completed military basic training (RS), civilian service, or confirmation of fitness for service.
- Minimum height: 158 cm.
- Excellent swimming skills.
