Responsibilities:
As a welcoming host, the Cabin Crew Member will enhance the passenger experience, ensuring comfort and safety during all phases of flight. The role entails working collaboratively within a team, with opportunities to enjoy layovers at various destinations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Preparing the aircraft cabin and ensuring smooth operations before, during, and after flights.
- Executing the onboard service and sales.

Qualifications:
Candidates should possess a completed basic education (vocational training, high school diploma, etc.) at the time of employment, along with a passion for customer service and a positive demeanor. They should be resilient and demonstrate a strong sense of responsibility.
Additional qualifications include:
- Fluent German (minimum C1 level) and English (minimum B2 level) conversational skills; additional languages are advantageous.
- Swiss or EU passport with a strong connection to Switzerland (understanding of Swiss German is required).
- Well-groomed appearance and engaging personality (refer to the tattoo policy in the application form).
- Strong teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Quick learning and adaptation abilities.
- For male applicants: proof of completed military basic training (RS), civilian service, or confirmation of unsuitability for service.
- Minimum height of 158 cm.
- Good swimming abilities.
