Responsibilities
As a Cabin Crew member, you are responsible for ensuring the comfort and safety of our passengers. You will work within collaborative, open teams to deliver an exceptional experience while enjoying a diverse daily routine.

Preparing the aircraft cabin and managing workflows before, during, and after flights.

Executing high-quality on-board services and duty-free sales.
Requirements

Completed basic vocational education (apprenticeship, high school diploma, etc.).

Customer-oriented mindset with a genuine passion for hospitality.

Strong sense of responsibility and high resilience.

Proficiency in German (min. C1 level) and English (min. B2 level); additional language skills are an asset.

Swiss or EU passport with a strong connection to Switzerland (must understand Swiss German).

Polished, professional appearance with a warm demeanor (please refer to our tattoo policy in the application form).

Strong team player with excellent communication skills and empathy.

Fast learner with a high aptitude for acquiring new knowledge.

Male candidates: Proof of completed military service (RS), civil service, or confirmation of non-eligibility.
