Aviation Pilot Opportunity at EVA Air, Taipei, Taiwan

Minimum Requirements for Applicants:
- Possession of a valid ICAO ATPL, JAA ATPL(A), or FAA ATPL with a first-class medical certificate. Frozen ATPLs will not be considered.
- A minimum of 2,000 total flight hours is required.
- The applicant must have accumulated 500 hours in commercial multi-engine, multi-crew jet operations, with an MTOW greater than 20 tons.
- The applicant must provide a no-incident/accident certificate issued by the relevant aviation authority and their previous employer.
- A minimum of 5 years of employment references from the aviation industry, or 2 years of aviation industry references if holding a Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
- The applicant must hold an ICAO Aviation English Minimum Level Four certificate or demonstrate FAA English Proficiency.
Compensation and Benefits Package:
- First Officers (FO) will receive a full salary of NTD$227,000 from their first operational flight. During the training period, the salary is NTD$157,500.
- An annual bonus equivalent to one month's salary, which includes Basic Salary, Duty Allowance, and Incentive Flying Allowance, will be provided.
- Company-provided accommodation in an EVA quarter building.
- Pilots will be granted 8 consecutive days off each month.
- Comprehensive insurance coverage includes Medical Health Insurance and Loss of License Insurance.
- Generous travel benefits, including privilege travel and concessional travel for the pilot, their parents, and eligible dependents.
- Pilots are entitled to an initial 22 calendar days of annual leave, which increases with seniority.
- Up to 30 days of paid sick leave per calendar year are offered.
