Cabin Crew Member - Boeing 737-800 Fleet
ETF Airways is currently inviting applications for a holding pool for Cabin Crew Members to join our flight operations team on the Boeing 737-800 aircraft fleet. We are seeking dedicated professionals who thrive in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum age of 18 years.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Legal right to reside and work in the European Union or the ability to secure a valid work permit.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages, such as French, Italian, or German, is considered an advantage.
- Capability to pass a comprehensive 5-year background check.
- Good health and professional appearance.
- Possession of an EASA Cabin Crew Attestation is desirable.
- Flexibility and readiness to accommodate shift work and frequent travel requirements.
Desired Skills and Qualifications
- Previous flying experience on the Boeing 737 is considered an advantage.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Proven ability to perform effectively under stress.
- Excellent teamwork and a strong orientation toward customer service.
What We Offer
- Seasonal contracts based at various operational locations, assigned in accordance with business requirements.
- Company-provided accommodation and travel support during base changes, including transit to and from the assigned NIA.
- Defined rosters: 21 days on / 7 days off during the summer season and 20 days on / 10 days off during the winter season.
