Cabin Crew Member - Boeing 737-800 Fleet
ETF Airways is currently inviting applications for a holding pool for Cabin Crew Members to join our flight operations team on the Boeing 737-800 aircraft fleet. We are seeking dedicated professionals who thrive in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
Minimum Requirements

Minimum age of 18 years.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Legal right to reside and work in the European Union or the ability to secure a valid work permit.

Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages, such as French, Italian, or German, is considered an advantage.

Capability to pass a comprehensive 5-year background check.

Good health and professional appearance.

Possession of an EASA Cabin Crew Attestation is desirable.

Flexibility and readiness to accommodate shift work and frequent travel requirements.
Desired Skills and Qualifications

Previous flying experience on the Boeing 737 is considered an advantage.

Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Proven ability to perform effectively under stress.

Excellent teamwork and a strong orientation toward customer service.

Seasonal contracts based at various operational locations, assigned in accordance with business requirements.

Defined rosters: 21 days on / 7 days off during the summer season and 20 days on / 10 days off during the winter season.
