The Role: Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will support high-quality flight operations, ensuring seamless execution and superior service delivery. Responsibilities include:
- Performing comprehensive flight planning duties.
- Managing Prior Permission Required (PPR) requests and slot applications.
- Providing direct operational support to flight crews during mission execution.
- Coordinating crew logistics, including hotel bookings and proceeding planning.
- Managing the coordination and briefing of ground handlers at various locations.
- Organizing and ensuring the quality control of catering services.
Candidate Requirements and Qualifications
E-Aviation seeks a highly reliable, flexible, and professional aviator who meets the following mandatory criteria:
Licensing and Documentation
- Possession of a valid EASA ATPL(A) or CPL(A) with ATPL Credit.
- Valid Medical Certificate Class I.
- A valid Background Check (ZÜP) must be present upon commencement of employment.
- Unrestricted passport and Driver’s License Class B.
Skills and Profile
- Exceptional proficiency in German and English, both written and spoken (minimum B2 level or higher).
- Proven reliability, high sense of responsibility, and intercultural competence.
- High degree of flexibility and resilience, with readiness for weekend and shift work.
- Outstanding organizational and coordination abilities, coupled with a capacity for independent work.
- Excellent computer literacy, including confident use of MS Office applications.
- A friendly, polished, and professional demeanor, reflecting high service orientation.
- Ideal place of residence within a one-hour driving distance of Stuttgart Airport (STR).
