First Officer C525 & Dispatch Support (m/f/d) - Stuttgart
E-Aviation is a premier, owner-operated charter airline providing flexible, safe, and exclusive private aviation services across Europe and beyond. We are currently seeking a dedicated First Officer to join our team in Stuttgart, supporting both flight operations and dispatch functions.
Your Responsibilities

Flight planning and coordination.

Processing PPR (Prior Permission Required) requests.

Assisting flight crews with operational execution.

Managing hotel bookings and proceeding arrangements for flight crews.

Coordinating with ground handlers.

Organizing catering services.
Candidate Requirements

EASA ATPL(A) or CPL(A) with ATPL credit.

Valid Class 1 Medical certificate.

Valid Reliability Check (ZÜP) required by the start of employment.

Unrestricted passport.

Valid Class B driver's license.

Proficiency in German and English (B2 level or higher).

Strong computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office.

Excellent organizational and coordination skills with a proactive approach.

High level of reliability, responsibility, and service orientation.

Professional appearance and strong intercultural competence.

Flexibility, resilience, and willingness to work shifts and weekends.

Must maintain mobile phone and internet accessibility.

Residency within a one-hour commute of Stuttgart Airport is preferred.
