Candidate Requirements

  • EASA ATPL(A) or CPL(A) with ATPL Credit.
  • Valid XLS+ Type Rating.
  • Valid Class 1 Medical Certificate.
  • Proficiency in German and English (B2 level or higher).
  • ICAO English Level 4–6.
  • Valid reliability check (ZÜP) required by the start of employment.
  • Unrestricted passport.
  • Class B driver's license and own vehicle.
  • Reliable telephone availability and mobile internet access.
  • Preferred residency within a one-hour drive of Stuttgart Airport.
  • Professional, well-groomed appearance.
  • High level of reliability, responsibility, flexibility, and resilience.
  • Strong service orientation, team spirit, and intercultural competence.
  • Willingness to undertake continuous professional development.
