Dynamic Aviation is seeking an experienced and dedicated Deployed ISR Captain to pilot tactical ISR aircraft, specifically the Dash-8 (DHC-8), in austere deployed locations. This critical role involves providing essential pilot services to support customer operations globally, contributing to missions that serve, protect, and enhance communities worldwide.
About the Role

Lead flight operations for the Dash-8 aircraft, including functional check flights and OCONUS/CONUS Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) missions.

Execute precise aerial survey flying across diverse weather conditions and terrain to meet sensor requirements.

Ensure strict adherence to Federal Aviation Regulations (FARs), applicable Air Force Service Guidance, and Dynamic Aviation's operational standards.

Maintain a confident, professional pilot image, representing Dynamic Aviation to customers and the public.

Facilitate daily communications with customers during assignments.

Undertake Mission Briefing Officer duties as assigned.

Contribute to mission aircraft operations by covering office duties on non-flying days.

Operate advanced airborne sensors and communications equipment, such as ELINT and E/O IR systems (training will be provided).
Qualifications
Required Qualifications

High school diploma.

Current FAA Air Transport Pilot (ATP) or Commercial Pilot License with Instrument and Multi Engine ratings.

High Performance and High Altitude Endorsements.

Valid FAA First or Second Class Medical Certificate.

Restricted Radiotelephone Operators Permit.

Minimum of 1,200 hours total flight time.

Minimum of 1,000 hours Pilot in Command (PIC) time.

Minimum of 300 hours PIC in multiengine turbo-prop aircraft.
Preferred Qualifications

Some college education.

Dash-8 (DHC-8) type rating.

Department of Defense (DOD) TS/SCI security clearance.

3,000 hours total PIC time.

1,000 hours total turbine time.

200 hours PIC Dash-8 time.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

At least one year of previous deployed operational experience.

Working knowledge of computer operating systems and relevant field technology.

Prior experience operating airborne sensors.
Requirements
-
Ability to travel and be away from the home location for approximately 65 days on a rotational basis, with potential for longer periods based on customer needs. Relocation is not required for this position.

Possession of a valid U.S. Passport.

Demonstrated ability to work effectively as a team member.

Capacity to operate in close proximity to others, within enclosed hangars, and under various exterior weather conditions.

Physical capability to lift, balance, and carry up to 50 lbs, and to sit and stand for extended periods.
