Key Responsibilities

The C604 First Officer will be instrumental in supporting the aircraft Commander in the safe, efficient, and compliant execution of all flights. A crucial aspect of this role involves serving as a primary liaison with valued customers, ensuring a seamless and professional experience. The First Officer plays a vital part in maintaining Draken's reputation for operational superiority and commercial success.

• Assist the Commander in all facets of flight operations, strictly adhering to company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Maintain an unwavering focus on safety, regulatory compliance, and professional conduct.
• Ensure up-to-date knowledge of all relevant UK and international aviation legislation.

Qualifications and Experience

• Possession of a valid UK Commercial Pilot Licence (CPL(A)) or Airline Transport Pilot Licence (ATPL(A)) is mandatory.
• A current Class 1 Medical Certificate is required.
• Completion of Multi-Crew Cooperation (MCC) and Upset Prevention and Recovery Training (UPRT) courses is essential.
• A robust understanding of civil flight operations is expected; military or government aviation experience is considered a significant advantage.
• Demonstrated high levels of personal integrity, exceptional adaptability, and a strong customer-centric approach.
• Proven ability to effectively manage multiple tasks concurrently, perform under pressure, and make sound, timely decisions.
