The Role

As a C604 First Officer, the successful candidate will provide crucial support to the aircraft Commander in the safe and efficient execution of flights. This role involves serving as a key interface with valued customers and playing a vital part in maintaining Draken Europe’s reputation, operational excellence, and commercial success.

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting the Commander in all aspects of flight operations in accordance with company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Operating with a strong focus on safety, compliance, and professionalism.
• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of UK and international aviation legislation.
• Representing Draken Europe with integrity, discipline, and a commitment to excellence.
• Responding decisively in emergency situations when required.
• Supporting the company’s mission, values, and operational standards.

Requirements

• Possession of a valid UK CPL(A) or ATPL(A) and Class 1 Medical certificate.
• Completion of MCC (Multi-Crew Cooperation) and UPRT (Upset Prevention and Recovery Training) courses.
• A strong understanding of civil flight operations; military or government aviation experience is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated high level of personal integrity, adaptability, and a customer-focused approach.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively under pressure and make sound decisions.
