The successful candidates will be integral to supporting critical current contracts, specifically involving the operation of BN2T Islander aircraft, and will be expected to support similar future contracts as the business expands. Key Responsibilities of the First Officer

The First Officer’s primary responsibilities focus on ensuring the safe and compliant execution of flight operations and supporting broader mission requirements:

Ensuring the rigorous, safe operation of the assigned aircraft in strict compliance with Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) regulations and established company operations manuals.
Providing comprehensive support to the Captain, actively contributing to the overall safe management and execution of the flight.
Assisting proactively with detailed mission planning, the organisation of detachments, and broader Flight Operations business requirements when necessity dictates.
Executing occasional, professional single-pilot transit flying duties as directed.
Providing essential support for worldwide detachments, fulfilling operational requirements as mandated by the company.
Undertaking any other reasonable duties requested by management that fall within the professional capability of the incumbent.

Required Experience, Skills, and Pilot Qualifications

Candidates must meet the following minimum criteria to be considered for this competitive First Officer position:

Must possess eligibility for high-level UK Developed Vetting (DV) security clearance.
Must hold or be actively working towards a valid Commercial Pilot Licence (Aeroplanes) – CPL(A).
Mandatory possession of a Multi-Engine Instrument Rating (ME-IR).
Successful completion of a Multi Crew Cooperation (MCC) Course.
Successful completion of Upset Prevention and Recovery Training (UPRT), where applicable.
A minimum of 200 hours total flight time experience.
