Airline Pilot Position: Non-Type Rated B737 First Officer
The organization is seeking highly dedicated and skilled aviation professionals to join its ranks as Non-Type Rated Boeing 737 (B737) First Officers. Candidates must meet stringent licensing, medical, and experience criteria to be considered for this demanding and rewarding role.
Essential Pilot Candidate Requirements
Prospective First Officers must satisfy the following prerequisite requirements upon application:
- The applicant must be a minimum of 21 years of age and must not exceed 39 years plus 364 days at the commencement date of the required ground course.
- Possession of a valid Commercial Pilot License (CPL(A))/Instrument Rating (IR(A)), including a current Instrument Rating on multi-engine aircraft.
- Successful completion of all Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL(A)) theoretical knowledge examinations.
- Completion of the Multi-Crew Cooperation (MCC) course. (Note: If the MCC course is pending, it must be successfully completed prior to commencing the official type rating training.)
- The applicant is required to hold a valid Advanced UPRT certificate.
- Maintenance of a valid PART-MED Class 1 medical certificate.
- Completion of a minimum of High School/Gymnasium graduation or an equivalent educational qualification.
- Candidates must possess English language proficiency verified by a minimum ICAO level 4 score. Furthermore, the applicant must achieve the required scores on the Company English test, with results having been obtained within the previous two years.
- The candidate must have a clean regulatory history, free of any administrative penalty imposed by the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) or any related civil aviation authority.
Type Rating and Contractual Information
For successful First Officers who currently do not possess a B737NG type rating, the necessary training program will be comprehensively arranged through the SunExpress Type Rating Training Organization (TRTO).
A flexible financing arrangement is provided: the First Officer may elect to deduct the Type Rating fee from their monthly remuneration over the duration of the established three-year service contract.
