Lear 45 Pilot
Position Overview
The Lear 45 Pilot reports directly to the Chief Pilot, contributing to safe, compliant, and efficient flight operations within a dynamic corporate aviation environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Executes Part 91 flight operations as a proficient and dedicated flight crew member, ensuring adherence to all regulatory requirements and company standards.
- Supports the Chief Pilot in the meticulous maintenance and updating of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), aircraft manuals, and ensuring high-quality in-flight amenities for passengers.
Required Qualifications
- Possession of an Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) certificate with Multi-Engine Commercial privileges.
- A minimum of two (2) years of demonstrated experience in corporate aviation.
- Proven ability to effectively manage complex tasks and navigate non-routine operational situations with sound judgment.
- Willingness to establish residency within a one-hour commute of KORF (Norfolk International Airport).
Preferred Qualifications
- A Bachelor's Degree is highly desirable.
