Essential Pilot Requirements and Qualifications
Candidates must strictly adhere to the following professional and regulatory prerequisites:
Licensing and Operational Experience
- Type Rating: A current and valid Type Rating is required for the position.
- Flight Experience: Applicants must demonstrate substantial and verifiable experience flying ATR aircraft variants.
- Required Licensing: Candidates must hold a Commercial Pilot License (CPL), Instrument Rating (IR), and Multi-Engine (ME) endorsement.
- License Holders Accepted: Applications are welcomed from holders of ICAO licenses.
- English Language Proficiency: A minimum ICAO English Language Proficiency (ELP) level of 4 is required (Level 4 or above EASA validation must be obtained).
- Medical Certification: A valid EASA Class 1 Medical Certificate must be held and maintained.
Administrative and Regulatory Compliance
The successful candidate must be able to satisfy stringent Danish Air Transport and EASA compliance standards:
- The candidate must obtain a valid EASA license validation.
- The candidate must successfully pass all required EASA background checks.
- The applicant must provide an official no-incident/no-accident certificate issued by the relevant authority or previous employer.
- The applicant must possess a clean background and no criminal record.
- The candidate must obtain a valid EU residence permit.
- Visa sponsorship will be comprehensively provided by Danish Air Transport (DAT) where necessary.
- A 24-month training and commitment bond is applicable to this position.
