As a Cabin Attendant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and comfort of our valued passengers. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing in-flight services, and responding effectively during emergency situations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering exemplary customer service that exceeds passenger expectations.
- Ensuring the safety and well-being of all passengers during flights.
- Providing clear and concise safety demonstrations and instructions.
- Managing in-flight services, including preparing and serving meals and beverages.
- Assisting passengers with luggage storage and retrieval.
- Attending to the specific needs of passengers requiring additional assistance, such as unaccompanied minors, individuals with disabilities, and seniors.
- Maintaining a clean and presentable cabin environment.
- Responding effectively to emergency situations by following established safety procedures and instructions from the flight deck.
- Administering first aid and emergency medical assistance when necessary.
- Maintaining a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
- Restocking galley supplies and ensuring inventory is well-maintained.
- Adhering to all company policies, procedures, and Federal Aviation Administration regulations.
Qualifications:
- Minimum age of 23 years.
- Authorization to work in the United States and unrestricted travel to and from the US.
- Three years of corporate Cabin Attendant experience or prior Flight Attendant experience.
- Valid passport.
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Successful completion of Contour's four-week Flight Attendant Initial Training Program and Initial Operating Experience.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken). Bilingual ability is a plus.
- Residence within one hour of the assigned base.
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays, and varying schedules.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude and professional demeanor under pressure.
