International Captain
An iconic brand and pioneer in business aviation, committed to defining industry standards, seeks an International Captain. Its Aviation Team, comprised of 28 professionals, provides premium services to the company's executive team, supporting the business worldwide across six continents.
Reporting to the Chief Pilot, the International Captain is responsible for the safe operation of company aircraft in accordance with company, manufacturer, and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensures compliance with all standards established by the company, manufacturers, and regulating authorities.
- Participates actively in the department Safety Management System.
- Provides exceptional customer service for both internal and external customers.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Unrestricted FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) certificate with airplane multiengine class rating.
- Current FAA first-class medical certificate.
- FCC Restricted Radiotelephone Operator Permit (RR).
- Current passport or other travel documents enabling the bearer to freely exit and re-enter the U.S. (multiple reentry status) and be legally eligible to work in the U.S.
- ICAO English Proficient.
- Ability to travel freely without restriction to all countries served.
- Documented International Pilot in Command operational experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Graduate of a four-year degree program from an accredited college or university.
- Eight years of international operational aviation experience (civil, military, or government) operating large cabin business jets.
- Minimum of 3,000 hours of total documented flight time.
- Gulfstream GVII type rating.

The base pay range for this position is $250,272 – $298,945. Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
This role has an Annual Incentive Reference Value Percentage of 30. The Annual Incentive reference value is a market-based competitive value for the role, falling in the middle of the range, indicating performance at target.
