About the Role
The Human Resources Generalist will assume a pivotal role within the company's Human Resources department, contributing significantly to the cultivation of a positive workplace culture and diligently supporting the comprehensive needs of its valued employees. Key Responsibilities
- Manages the entire employee lifecycle, encompassing meticulous oversight from strategic recruitment and seamless onboarding to comprehensive performance management, professional development, and dignified offboarding processes.
- Administers intricate benefits programs, provides crucial support for payroll processes, and meticulously maintains accurate, confidential HR records in strict compliance with company policies and all relevant legal mandates.
- Offers expert guidance and indispensable support to both employees and management regarding HR policies, established procedures, and sensitive employee relations matters, ensuring equitable and consistent application across the organization.
- Actively assists in the proactive development and successful implementation of strategic HR initiatives that are specifically designed to support the unique operational demands and overarching strategic objectives inherent to a dynamic aviation enterprise.
- Ensures continuous and unwavering compliance with all pertinent federal, state, and local labor laws, alongside strict adherence to specific aviation industry regulations and standards.
- Collaborates effectively and proactively with various internal departments to thoroughly understand evolving staffing requirements, strategically supports talent acquisition efforts, and champions initiatives aimed at enhancing overall employee engagement.

Qualifications
- Possession of a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a closely related and relevant field is required.
- Demonstrated experience (typically 3-5 years) in a Human Resources generalist or a comparable, comprehensive HR role is essential, with a strong preference for experience gained within the aviation, aerospace, or a related technical industry.
- Exhibits a robust and in-depth knowledge of core HR principles, best practices, and comprehensive employment legislation (e.g., FMLA, ADA, EEO, FLSA, Workers' Compensation).
- Displays exceptional communication, superior interpersonal, and exemplary organizational skills, coupled with a keen attention to detail and a proven capability to expertly manage multiple competing priorities.
- Proficiency in utilizing HR information systems (HRIS) and advanced competence in Microsoft Office Suite applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) are expected.
- Possession of recognized HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is considered highly desirable and advantageous.
