Qualifications and Requirements
Candidates must meet the following stringent qualifications to be considered for this critical role:
- Minimum 6,000 hours of total flight time.
- Minimum 2,000 hours of Pilot in Command (PIC) time.
- Minimum 1,000 hours of Turbine flight time.
- Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) certificate is required.
- Current First Class Medical certificate is mandatory.
- Current Gulfstream GV (or G550) Type Rating is essential.
- Valid, unexpired driver's license.
- Valid, unexpired passport.
- Must reside within a two-hour drivable commute to Austin, TX (KAUS) or be willing to relocate. This is not a remote or commutable position.
- Unrestricted ability to travel internationally.
- Demonstrated ability to strictly adhere to all Federal Aviation Regulations (FARs), company operations manuals, operational specifications, standard operating procedures, and company policies.
- Must successfully pass pre-employment DOT/FAA drug screening and background checks, and be subject to random drug and alcohol testing.
- Ability to provide full, legible, color copies of all FAA certificates (both sides) and Medical certificate as part of the application process.
