Job Overview
An exceptional opportunity is available for a highly skilled and experienced Captain to join a dedicated Part 91 flight operation, commanding a Global 7500 aircraft based in Camarillo, California. The ideal candidate will possess a distinguished track record of leadership capabilities, demonstrating outstanding proficiency in crew management, owner communications, and overall operational excellence. While a Global 7500 type rating is explicitly required for this position, exceptionally qualified non-typed Pilots-in-Command (PICs) may be considered, provided they present an unparalleled depth of experience and qualifications.
Key Requirements and Qualifications
- A minimum of 5,000 hours of total flight time.
- A minimum of 3,000 hours of Pilot-in-Command (PIC) time.
- A minimum of 1,000 hours of Turbine aircraft time.
- Possession of a current FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) certificate is mandatory.
- Possession of a current FAA First Class Medical Certificate is required.
- A Global 7500 Type Certification is essential, with a minimum of 200 hours in type.
- Applicants must demonstrate an unrestricted ability to travel internationally to all European Union (EU), Canadian, and Caribbean countries.
- Successful completion of DOT/FAA drug screening and comprehensive background checks is imperative. Candidates must also consent to random drug and alcohol testing as required by regulatory standards.
- The successful candidate must reside within a two-hour drivable commute distance of Camarillo, CA, or be willing to relocate to satisfy this critical requirement.
