Cabin Attendant | Global 5500 | Farmingdale, NY (KFRG)
Position Summary
This full-time Cabin Attendant position is responsible for delivering exceptional service while strictly adhering to all safety protocols onboard a Part 91 Global 5500 based in Farmingdale, NY (KFRG). Operating within approximately 250 flight hours annually, the Cabin Attendant manages the overall operation of the aircraft’s cabin services, ensuring a seamless, efficient, and legendary experience for all clientele. The role also involves meticulous management of the aircraft’s inventory and ensuring the cabin is prepared and stocked precisely according to the owner’s preferences, maintaining the highest standards of presentation and service.
Key Responsibilities
The Cabin Attendant performs a variety of critical duties to ensure passenger comfort, safety, and the immaculate condition of the aircraft cabin, including but not limited to:
- Ensuring strict compliance with all safety regulations and protocols while consistently providing exceptional service to passengers.
- Developing and maintaining detailed knowledge of the owner’s food preferences, needs, allergies, and other personalized requests to create bespoke service experiences.
- Regularly updating passenger profiles and maintaining accurate and detailed aircraft inventory records.
- Organizing and maintaining owner lockers, cages, and office spaces, ensuring all aircraft bedding, cabin supplies, and equipment are meticulously accounted for and well-maintained.
- Conducting routine inventory checks to ensure the quality, consistency, and readiness of all cabin supplies.
- Preparing the aircraft with necessary amenities, catering, and special requests, ensuring the cabin is spotless and all items are current and correctly positioned before each flight.
- Sourcing, shopping for, and stocking the aircraft with the owner’s requested and preferred items, diligently rotating supplies and replacing items as needed.
- Proactively identifying and addressing any issues related to the aircraft’s cabin wear and tear, coordinating effectively with the Pilot in Command (PIC) or the appropriate maintenance department.
- Safely offloading and on-loading aircraft items during regular maintenance events or as required.
- Setting up the aircraft to the highest standards for showings to potential charter clients.
- Maintaining a flexible schedule to readily accommodate the owner’s schedule, adjusting efficiently to changes in flight schedules as necessary.
- Maintaining continuous and clear communication with In-Flight Services management to ensure smooth operations and support.
- Performing other duties as assigned or requested to support overall cabin operations.
Travel Expectations
Travel includes prolonged overnight stays in both domestic and international locations.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of three years’ experience operating on large cabin private or corporate jets under Part 91 and/or Part 135 regulations.
- Must reside within a two-hour drivable commute range from the aircraft’s base in Farmingdale, NY (KFRG). This is not a commutable position.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license.
- Must have and maintain a valid Food Handler Certification.
- Must hold a valid passport.
- Completion of emergency training from an approved facility within the past 12 months, including CPR/First Aid certification.
- Successful completion of pre-employment background checks and drug screening.
- Completion of required Clay Lacy Aviation Indoctrination training.
- Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Must be available to be "on-call" unless on a scheduled day off.

Compensation and Benefits
The salary range for this position is $115,000 to $130,000 per year. The company provides fully paid medical and healthcare premiums.
