You’ll play an important role in the preparation and delivery of an exceptional flight experience for our customers. Along with your ability to anticipate and address the needs of our clients, you are passionate about providing a high-end 5-star service on board. You’ll report to the Manager, Cabin Safety and Service operationally, and to the Captain (Pilot-in-Command) while in flight.

What you’ll do:

  • Provide a high level of service to the aircraft owner, their guests, and charter clients while ensuring the safety and comfort of each passenger during the flight
  • Coordinate and prepare all flight requirements for the aircraft owner and/or charter clients
  • Deliver a detailed and tailored service on every occasion and be meticulous in the attention to detail onboard
  • Provide a high-end dining experience onboard and be able to create menus that cater to the owner and/or guest preferences
  • Interact with Operational Staff and Account Managers in the planning phases of all flight requirements
  • Arrange and confirm customer catering requirements for each flight
  • Collaborate with the pilots to prepare and stock the commissary, and clean the aircraft as required both at the base and when away
  • Ensure the aircraft is prepared, stocked, and ready for flight at all times including food, beverages, blankets/bedding, reading material, emergency equipment, and other supplies are on board
  • Adhere to all company operations protocols and standards and the Canadian Aviation Regulations (CARs)
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and discretion at all times

What you bring:

  • High School Diploma required; post-secondary diploma or degree an asset
  • Minimum 5 years experience of high-end service in other luxury sectors
  • Previous private or commercial (First or Business Class) cabin, aviation experience an asset
  • Strong culinary skills with the ability to prepare meals while in flight
  • Strong organizational and planning skills combined with a confident professional demeanor and flexible approach
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • A valid Canadian Passport and ability to obtain visas for entry requirements into various countries
  • Successful completion of a Flight Attendant Initial Training course and ability to annually attend and complete Recurrent Training
  • Valid First Aid Certificate (Level C)
  • Valid Food Handling Training Certificate
  • Hold a valid Drivers ‘License
  • Must be 19 years of age or older
