Pilot - Captain – Challenger 604

Responsibilities:

The Captain will be responsible for the safe operation of the Challenger 604 aircraft. This includes:

Serving as a Captain on the Challenger 604 aircraft at Waterloo International Airport.
Ensuring all flights are conducted with the highest safety standards.
Supporting daily operational activities during reserve days.
Liaising with Chartright's Flight Coordination Centre and Sales to fulfill operational and service requirements.
Fostering a collaborative environment where team members share ideas and solutions.
Providing exceptional customer service, contributing to an outstanding client experience.
Completing monthly training courses and other duties as required.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

Canadian Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL).
Group 1 Multi-Engine IFR rating.
Valid Transport Canada Medical certificate.
Canadian Radio Telephone License.
Minimum of 3000 hours total flight time.
Minimum 1000 multi-engine Pilot-in-Command (PIC) hours; jet or turbine time is preferred.
A University degree or College diploma in Aviation is preferred.
Ability to lift up to 60 lbs.
Hands-on experience with flight management systems and glass cockpits.
A strong understanding of aviation weather, airport performance, flight plan calculations, fuel planning, and weight and balance.
Expert knowledge of the Canadian Aviation Regulations (CARs) and SMS safety practices.
A positive mindset with the ability to work collaboratively and build effective relationships.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Exceptional client service, organization, and prioritization skills.
Ability to work a flexible schedule to support clients' needs.
Previous international flying experience (Europe & South America) is required.
Previous time on type is preferred.
