First Officer Position – Challenger 604 – Chartright Air Group

Responsibilities:
- Serve as First Officer on Challenger 604 aircraft.
- Maintain the highest safety standards during all flight operations.
- Support daily operational activities on reserve days.
- Collaborate effectively with Chartright's Flight Coordination Centre and Sales teams to ensure seamless operational efficiency and exceptional client service delivery.
- Cultivate a collaborative team environment, encouraging the sharing of ideas and innovative solutions.
- Provide direct, high-quality customer service to clients, contributing to an exceptional passenger experience.
- Participate in monthly training courses and undertake other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Canadian Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL).
- Group 1 Multi-Engine IFR rating.
- Valid Transport Canada Medical Certificate.
- Canadian Radio Telephone Operator Certificate.
- Minimum 2000 hours total flight time.
- Minimum 500 multi-engine PIC hours; jet or turbine time strongly preferred.
- University degree or college diploma in Aviation preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 60 lbs.
- Proven experience with flight management systems and glass cockpits.
- Comprehensive understanding of aviation weather, airport performance, flight planning, fuel planning, and weight and balance calculations.
- Expert knowledge of Canadian Aviation Regulations (CARs) and Safety Management System (SMS) best practices.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively and build strong relationships within a diverse team environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional client service, organizational, and prioritization skills.
- Flexibility to work a variable schedule to meet client needs.
- Required: Previous international flight experience (Europe & South America).
- Previous Challenger 604 time is preferred.
