A prestigious aviation organization is seeking a highly motivated and skilled First Officer to join their professional flight operations team. This individual will contribute to safe and efficient flight operations, upholding the highest standards of aviation excellence.
Minimum Qualifications:
- The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 1000 hours of total flight time, although candidates with a minimum of 500 hours of IFR experience will be considered.
- A Canadian Commercial Pilot License with an IATRA or ATPL is mandatory (IATRA must be completed within the last 18 months).
- The candidate must hold a current Multi Engine IFR rating.
- A valid Category 1 Medical Certificate is required.
- Prior experience operating turbine engine aircraft is essential.
- The ability to obtain and maintain a Restricted Area Identity Card is a prerequisite.
- Candidates must have a clean record, with no history of Transport Canada violations or suspensions.
- The candidate must be a Canadian citizen, Canadian permanent resident, or hold a valid work permit for Canada.
- The ability to travel to the USA without restrictions is necessary.
- The role requires the physical capacity to repeatedly lift 50 lbs unassisted.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Preference will be given to candidates possessing a type rating, along with multi-crew, multi-engine, IFR, and/or turbine experience within 703, 704, or 705 operations or similar military contexts.
- Candidates with a Flight Instructor background should possess 1000+ total flight hours to qualify for consideration.
Compensation:
The salary for this position ranges from $48,000.00 to $67,000.00 per year.
