Key Responsibilities:

The Flight Attendant will:

  • Adhere to the highest standards of safety, first aid, and security procedures.
  • Serve as a brand ambassador, providing genuine, personalized experiences to all customers.
  • Deliver service excellence by creating memorable inflight experiences that exceed customer expectations.
  • Attend to customer needs with care and professionalism.
  • Embrace diversity and demonstrate thoughtfulness and care towards all customers, particularly those requiring additional assistance.
  • Contribute as an excellent team player within a culturally diverse environment, fostering a collaborative and supportive atmosphere.
  • Adapt to diverse situations with confidence, tact, and flexibility.
  • Maintain inflight policies and comply with all regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

Candidates must meet the following criteria:

  • Be a minimum of 18 years of age.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in both written and spoken English, as well as at least one of the following additional languages: Cantonese, Putonghua, Bahasa Indonesia, Bahasa Malaysia, Filipino, Hindi, Japanese, Korean, Thai, Vietnamese, or Sinhala. Proficiency in Putonghua is considered an advantage.
  • Exhibit strong communication skills.
  • Possess a minimum arm-reach of 208cm while on tiptoe.
  • Previous experience in an airline, hospitality, or service-related industry is considered advantageous.

Additional Requirements (Due to Safety-Sensitive Nature of the Position):

  • Successfully complete a comprehensive pre-employment background check, including criminal records verification.
  • Demonstrate physical fitness to meet the demands of the pre-employment medical assessment.
  • Pass a pre-employment drug test, adhering to the guidelines of the HKCAD for the screening of psychoactive substances.

Candidates with a valid TOEIC score of 325 for both reading and listening, or a valid IELTS (Academic) result with an overall Band Score of 6.0 or above, may be exempt from the English assessment, provided the test is within its validity period.
